A child's wish came true

David Sonnet, a boy who suffered a brain aneurysm which forced him to stay on a wheel chair and to be helped in speaking by a specialized computer, expressed a wish to meet his idol, Michael Jackson.

On November 24, 1992, his wish came true. He was invited to Neverland and, with the help of the Make-A-Wish foundation, got to meet Michael Jackson.

The two shared an "I Love You" in sign language before saying goodbye. Later, Michael sent him a signed hat and they exchanged many letters as Michael Jackson used to psychologically support sick children through phone and letters.

Sadly David passed away on July 26, 2004.
