Stephen Marx, the forensic expert who analyzed Murray's iPhone, uncovered a voicemail message in which Michael Jackson's manager referred to "an episode" Michael Jackson had on June 19, 2009, when Michael went back home early as he had chills and was not able to rehearse.

Prosecutors played the June 20th message during Marx's testimony, in which Michael's manager Frank DiLeo says, "I'm sure you're aware Michael had an episode last night."

Frank thought Michael had a drug problem, claiming, "He's sick. I think you need to get a blood test on him. We gotta see what he's doing."
Kenny Ortega also talked about Michael's heath problems during rehearsal on June 19, 2009, which took to
a confrontation between Ortega and Murray at Michael's house the next day, June 20.

Stephen Marx testified that several emails were recovered from Murray's iPhone on the morning of Jackson's death on June 25, 2009. They contained handwritten notes and medical records referencing a patient named Omar Arnold, which prosecutors have said is one of the aliases Murray used to fill Jackson's prescriptions.

An Echo cardiograph report and a log of medications for "Omar Arnold" were attached to the emails, which were sent to the doctor just after 5:30 p.m. on June 24, 2009 by a medical volunteer at his Las Vegas clinic. Among the drugs listed were Xanax, used to treat anxiety and panic disorders, the skin whitening cream Benoquin, Robitussin, used to relieve chest congestion, as well as vitamins.

Also played the full painful and moving voice recording previously played during the opening statement by prosecution of the May 10, 2009, in which is heard Michael's voice under the influence of an unidentified medicine while he was about to fall asleep.

Prosecutor Walgren said in his opening statement that Jackson was "highly under the influences of unknown agents" when Murray recorded him.
