Las Vegas court ordered a doctor to testify at Murray's trial
A Las Vegas anesthesiologist who had put Michael Jackson under with Propofol was forced to testify at the trial against Murray, TMZ reported.
Dr. David Adams used Propofol to sedate Michael Jackson in 4 separate occasions during the 2008 for dental procedures. Murray's lawyers want him to testify about Michael Jackson's "behavior and reactions while under the drug and also how he responded to the administration of the drug".
Murray is accused of having administered Propofol in a massive dosage and mixed it with other meds, one of the whom (benzodiazepines) had a lethal effect due to the concomitant administration with Propofol, according to the coroner's report; and of having tried to hide the evidences that could incriminate him while leaving Michael under the drug.
Dr. Adams vehemently objected to being subpoenaed, claiming he's a "low-key individual" and he's already lost business because of getting dragged into the case.
But last April 27 a Las Vegas court ordered him to testify.
