The castle-like mansion where Michael Jackson lived is again up for sale.

The Estate went on the market Monday and Tmz reported that a "major celebrity" will look at it.

Tmz was told the realtor -- Mauricio Umansky, the CEO and co-founder of The Agency in Beverly Hills -- has listed the house for $23.9 million and will only show the property to serious buyers who have pre-qualified, which means they have the money to buy the property.

The 17,000 square foot house is completely empty. It has 13 bathrooms, a pool, guest house, an elevator, seven bedrooms, permanent placement in both tourist guides and the annals of pop culture.

Some photos of the house have been showed in the trial against Conrad Murray.

Umansky, who is also the husband of Paris Hilton’s aunt Kyle Richards, said he has a personal stake in finding the right buyer.

“I knew him, and my wife has been friends with Michael Jackson since she was 8 to 10 years old,” he told Zillow.com. “I personally think there’s some great energy in the house, and I see it as a major positive. I’m excited to be selling it.”

Umansky doesn’t mention the King of Pop name in the official listing for the Holmby Hills Estate, but the broker said Michael Jackson’s tragic 2009 demise is part of the property’s story.

“It is what it is. There’s no need to hide it,” he told Zillow. “Michael Jackson was an amazing human being — he changed music as we know it. Unfortunately, he passed away. It doesn’t take away from the house.”
