Michael Jackson’s Estate made a statement concerning La Toya Jackson’s claims

Following La Toya Jackson's claims in her recent interview with KTLA on June 29 in which she insists her brother was murdered as part of “a conspiracy” because of his music catalog and calls Conrad Murray “the fall guy,” Michael Jackson's Estate released the following statement in response:
“The outrageous and obviously false statements made this morning by Latoya Jackson are further examples of her willingness to say anything involving her brother for attention or money. The truth is Michael appointed John Branca and John McClain as his Executors. Their success in generating unprecedented revenues for Michael’s Estate coupled with their preserving, protecting and enhancing Michael Jackson’s legacy speaks for itself.”

"After numerous hearings and after reviewing evidence contained in countless filings and exhibits, three California courts have decided John Branca and John McClain are the rightful and lawful executors of Michael Jackson's Estate just as Michael specified in his will.
"Mr Branca and Mr McClain have turned the estate around financially for the benefit of Michael's children and mother, protected the intellectual property and music catalogue assets Michael accumulated during his lifetime as well as carried out their mandate to shelter and preserve funds for his children until they reach certain ages as adults. Their performance as the executors of Michael's estate is a matter of extensive public record and speaks for itself."
