According to the docs filed by prosecutors, in the morning of June 25, Murray was on the phone with a cocktail waitress, Sade Anding, which prosecutors say is Murray's girlfriend, and who he met in Houston, Texas, till few minutes before the call to 911. The conversation lasted 11 minutes and apparently ended when he realised Michael Jackson was in distress. Prosecutors argue that the call proves Murray was paying attention to his girlfriend instead to Michael Jackson. They also want to admit a $500 check that Murray wrote to Anding "after the two came back from a social outing."

Murray has also been accused of calling and texting with two other women, one of the whom, Michelle Bella, is a stripper at Spearmint Rhino Gentleman's Club in Las Vegas.

Prosecutors want to admit text messages between Murray and Bella on June 25, 2009 at 8:30 a.m. and also want the jury to see a receipt for $1,100 that Murray paid at strip club when he met Bella.

The third woman, Bridgette Morgan, called Murray twice on June 25 for asking him about a plane ticket he had said he was purchasing for her in order she could fly to London to see him. As shown by the phone company records displayed during the preliminary hearing, Murray made 11 calls in the morning of June 25.

Also, according to the documents, the women in question "had no legitimate interest in the information other than to be impressed by Dr. Murray's association with Michael Jackson".

Prosecutors also said the women will testify that Murray told them he was caring for Michael Jackson, violating the doctor-patient confidentiality for his own advantage.
