Judge gives permission to sell Hayvenhurst
The Michael Jackson Estate got yesterday the permission from a judge to sell the Hayvenhurst mansion in which Michael and the rest of the family lived for decades, and buy another home for Katherine and Michael Jackson's children, Tmz reported.

However, during a court hearing last September, the Estate presented legal docs in which it withdrawn the request to get permission to sell the house because Katherine Jackson had second thoughts after expressing the desire to sell it.
Katherine Jackson had initially got the Estate to pay the renovations because she wanted them to sell the house and buy for her and the children a new house, then moved with Michael's children in the rented Calabasas home, where they are currently living and of which the Estate is paying the rent. Later, she changed her mind even telling she had never had intention to sell it.
The judge made also another order allowing the Executors to put $30 million in the Jackson Family Trust for the benefit of Katherine, Michael's children and his charities.
Update
Katherine's lawyer, Perry Sanders, tells TMZ, "It is our understanding that the motion to sell Hayvenhurst was withdrawn and this is merely for permission to buy a different place for the beneficiaries to reside." He adds, "Neither Mrs. Jackson nor Michael's children want Hayvenhurst to be sold and we are not aware of any intention on the part of the Estate to resubmit a request to sell the family home."
