Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor ruled on Monday that jurors in the Murray's trial will not see the raw footage from This Is It movie.

Judge Pastor approved the motion that Sony Pictures Entertainment filed last Friday to quash the subpoena of the unseen footage, since they do not show Michael Jackson was in poor health in the days before June 25 as Murray's lawyers disputed, claiming This Is It movie showed to the public, was falsified to not show the real frail health of Michael Jackson.

"There is absolutely nothing in those materials that could have been of assistance to the defense," Pastor said.

The Judge canceled his travel to Sony Studios but had viewed the footage that the lawyers had showed during the previous hearings.

"There are materials which I viewed which I would regard as extremely valuable to Sony," the judge said.

In a past hearing, the judge had admitted at trial the viewing of the rehearsals of June 23 and 24 on prosecutors request, as they "demonstrated that Michael Jackson was optimistic, engaged, confident and physically well,” had said Deputy District Attorney David Walgren.

The autopsy report certifies that Michael Jackson was in good health and there wasn't any illness that could put his life at risk.

Murray is accused of administering the powerful anesthetic propofol in high dose combined with other medicines, leaving then his patient alone in the room under sedation to speak on the phone, as resulted during the preliminary hearing.

He has pleaded not guilty.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin on September 8. Trial is expected to start on September 20.
